Congressman Patronis: “Hey y’all, it’s Congressman Jimmy Patronis, proudly representing Northwest Florida. Today marks one year in Congress. It’s been the honor of a lifetime, and I’m proud of everything we’ve accomplished for the families, businesses, and communities that call Northwest Florida home. Together we delivered no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, and no tax on Social Security. That means more money stays in your pockets, not Washington’s. I’ve always believed hardworking Americans spend their money far better than Washington D.C. does
We also passed the National Defense Authorization Act, delivering a 3.8 percent pay raise for our troops, providing real support for our heroes. I’m proud to stand alongside President Trump in supporting the men and women who defend our freedoms.
This year alone, $133 billion has been budgeted to care of our heroes, and this administration is delivering real results for veterans nationwide. With expanded VA access and shorter wait times, we’re putting veterans first. I remain committed to faster, stronger services for the 100,000 veterans of Northwest Florida.
But even with these wins, we still have major challenges ahead. One of the most urgent is the growing influence of social media and the risks it poses to our children. Too often, these platforms push addictive algorithms that keep kids glued to their screens while exposing them to harmful content online. Congress must act, and I remain committed to taking on Big Tech, putting our children first, not profits.
My office stands ready to serve you in Pensacola, Crestview, or here in D.C. If you need assistance, please contact us at Patronis.House.gov or (202) 225-4136
Thank you for trusting me to serve you in Congress. It’s an honor I carry every single day. May God bless you, your families, and Northwest Florida.”
